What we collect

If you complete our enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number (if given), the venue or club you're enquiring about, the service you're interested in, and your message.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this website.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quotation, and deliver any services you go on to request. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us about our services — and, where you become a customer, performance of a contract.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Enquiries submitted through the website are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to our email inbox. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also share information with professional advisers or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and customer records for as long as required for our contractual and legal obligations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
